SANDNES, 4 April 2022 – Following the extraordinary general assembly held on 1 April, Horisont Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI), and the earlier appointed by E.ON of one board member with personal deputy, the Board of Directors now consist of the following members:

– Rob Stevens (new chairman of the board, current board member)
– Beatriz Malo de Molina Laborde (new board member)
– Dr. Gabriel Clemens (new board member from E.ON )
– Rolf Magne Larsen (re-election)
– Øystein Stray Spetalen (re-election)

– Lars Foss-Skiftesvik (new observer)
– Stefan Håkansson (personal deputy for Dr. Gabriel Clemens)
